Ground yourself with walking meditation

You can practice walking meditation either with or without guidance and the intention of this practice is to cultivate awareness just like it is for other forms of mindfulness practices.

Just like sitting meditation, walking meditation is just as valid and good for you as meditation where you sit or lie down. Sitting meditation is in fact very common many traditions.

It's an opportunity to bring mindfulness to places where life tends to be highly automatic. 

In this guided walking meditation I will guide you through your first walking meditation. After practicing it for a while, you will more easily be able to it by yourself. 

The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.
